Virtual Shakespeare

Imagine a video game where - instead of slaying goblins or foiling terrorists - you're examining Hamlet's tragic flaw and dissecting Macbeth's soliloquy.

It could soon be a reality if Indiana University scientist Edward Castronova gets his way. He plans to recreate Shakespeare's 16th-century London in a virtual computer world.

Any virtual game - an mmog platform for this would be very interesting as culture and also history could be thrown into the game play. It could also give young kids the opportunity to learn some history along the way apart from them sitting on their backsides all day.! The online downside to these games is tha tthey cost from $5million upwards to create!

Good informative article, and one of the best ones that I have researched. I have bookmarked this blog for further browsing.
