Boston's "Free Shakespeare on the Common" Hamlet with Donovan Begins July 16

Stage and screen star Jeffrey Donovan stars as the Danish prince for Boston's 'Free Shakespeare on the Common' presentation of Hamlet, starting July 16.

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company artistic director Steven Maler directs the work on Boston Common slated to run through Aug. 7 at a new space in the park, Parade Grounds (by Beacon & Charles St.) because the production outgrew its previous home by the Parkman Bandstand.
